DRUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs

i believe that elite sports people using drugs is completely wrong and sends a really bad message toward young atheletes who want to aspire to be their best. I personally believe that it is never right for a professional sportsman to use drugs unless their health demands they be used (mental disabilities). Although these drugs will not necessarly effect the atheletes ability to perform in a positive way is still sends the wrong messae to young childeren.

I think that random drug tests should reqularly run in high level sports to ensure that all atheletes are following the rules properly. Anyone that is caught using drugs should face immediate fines and suspension, including rehab. I do not think that clubs who find their players in violation should remove them from the club as this may just make them want to use the drug more and enter a downward spiral.

dont take drugs! YEA

book or movie???

Today i am going to talk about the great debacle which is better the book or the movie of the book.

Personally i believe that the book is a much better option that than the movie version of it. Many books are hundreds of pages long and are very indepth about the attitudes of the characters their feelings and the chalanges they face. Another advantage of the book is that the Author can put in as much information as they like.

A movie on the other hand cannot go into the same depth as a book as they only have a limited amount of time to get the story across to the audience. In a movie there is not enough time to explain how the characters feel, also in a movie many smaller scenes are not incorparated and much of the time is spent in battle scenes. This is bad as it is normally the smaller scenes that are what brings the story to life.

A good example of a book being better than the movie was in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. During the book Harry the main character learns much about a creature that is much like an lobster but sends out electric jolts. Later in the story Harry has to face the creatures in a maze where he defeats them after having so much practice against them. In the movie the dangerous creatures that harry has so much to do with are not mentioned at all. When it comes to the maze scene it is very boring as harry has nothing to face.

This is why i like books much better than their movie partner.

Today i am goin to talk about the new rules that have been put forward for the Austrlian Football league.

From when AFL began back in the 1980's there have been many adaptions to the rules of australian football which has consequently changed the way it has been played. The newest rule that hase come under some critisism has been the hands in the back rule that was altered at the start of this season. The new hands in the back rule states that and contact in someones back during a marking contest will result in a free kick.

This new rule i believe is a good rule that rewards the man in front position and also stops the bigger players form pushing the smaller player out of the contests.
